The Cowl

Long ago before the Rikti War, the mysterious Cowl was a member of the infamous Nightstalkers. After the war, he changed his old ways. Cowl went away for about 6 months and then came back and reformed a new team, consisting of old friends and former teammates. Even at his age, he continues to practice the magic arts and it has helped him find the strength to harness his power to battle his foes.

An ex-rodeo clown. He fell into a vat of chemical waste instantly transforming him into a super human with amazing powers and a red rubber nose.

  Sha'dow Warrior

Prince Ral'a'Da'ken, the one known as Sha'dow Warrior is the heir to the throne of Sha'dow, a region within the deamon realm. Bored with the dull life of the ruling class, he clipped his horns and managed to escape from his den. He began living among the warrior class. Always with an interest in combat, he excelled rapidly within the class in a matter of cycles (months). Knowing his father was secretly searching for him, the prince knew he had to escape the region.
He went to a portal said to go to the mortal realm, and entered it knowing his father would never search there. Once he arrived on the mortal plane he noticed the fragile flesh beings that inhabit the realm. He immediately noticed some of the flesh beings weren't fragile, and that they possed abilities far superior than the averave flesh being. Yet they humbled themselves to assist the weaker. Within minutes of being on the mortal plane one of the flesh beings contacted him. To his suprise he was able to commuicate with him and all the beings from this realm. The one known as Cowl greeted him and permitted him within the ranks of his ragtag squad of heroes. Not long after join the group, they became offically known as The Sublime Seven. Not sure if these beings know of his kind or his father, the prince decided not to identify himself with his given name. Instead he called himself by the class he took refuge with Sha'dow Warrior.
 

          Stomper

 Stomper's life as a geologist was ended from a cataclysmic misfortune that forever changed his life. While searching for the rare and sacred cryptic crystal, well beneath the earth's inner caverns, Stomper witnessed Mother Nature's fury first hand. It was in this cavern filled with crystals and minerals along with microscopic living organisms not yet seen to man, where an earthquake took place, creating a living gas that fused with his own living body, turning his skin into stone and giving him strength and powers that he has yet to unlock.

      Blue Juice

Little is known about Blue's private life but what we do know is that he works for Global Tech, there he designs and tests new military equipment.

Blue Juice works part-time as a bartender at Pocket D on Thursday and Friday nights. He is known for his "blue juice special", only Blue Juice know's what is really in it. On the weekends, Blue goes out and fights evil doers with his friends, the Sublime Seven.

         Bizzarrie

Bizzarrie was a former member of the Carnival, but was terminated from her Attendant duties for asking the other Carnival members to form a union.
Her brother Byzarre, revealed an evil plot he had overheard in a conversation, where the citizens of Pargaon were being targeted.
Upon her termination, Bizzarrie told the Ring Mistress that she would reveal her evil plan to the People of Paragon and would return to seal her fate because of her unfair practices and plans for slave labor.

A former Sideshow favorite, Bizzarrio left the Carnival and took his pet rock mainstream to the streets of Paragon, where he now fights crime and performs at birthday parties for children.

My mom died in a car crash when I was 8 years old leaving my dad, a scientist to raise me. After my mom died, my dad lost it, he lost his job and had no money to raise me. He found a job working for the government doing experiments for them, it paid bills. It was rough growning up with no mom and dad always working while living in a bad part of King's Row. The 5th Column found out how successful my dad's experiments were and wanted them for themselves. Late, one evening I stopped by to bring him food and check on him in the lab. He was working on his latest experiment involving controlling electrical currents, when the 5th Column broke through the lab doors. They captured my father and destroyed the lab. My dad's experiment went crazy and zapped me with electricity. I woke up to find my father gone and myself feeling stronger. I realized I had become my father's greatest experiment. I then had to learn how to control my new power of electricity and use them to destroy the 5th Column..

Lilly is a creation of the ingenious Dr. Vringe. He combined her DNA with that of feline predators, especially tigers, to boost all of her physical abilities. She has greater strength, endurance and agility than any normal human could ever hope to achieve. In addition Dr. Vringe created a set of gauntlet mounted titanium blades, with a mono fillamant edge for her. These blades can cut almost anything.  Lilly left her hometown and went to Paragon City as a test for her newfound abilities.

The Great Eygptian Goddess Bastet, she is the daughter of Ra the sun God.I am one of her many children. On my 13th birthday being the child of a God or Goddess you are given a power from a God/Goddess this marks u as becoming of God/Goddess status. Osiris the God of the Underworld decided to bless me with dark powers from the Underworld and grant me with my new Goddess name Mystic Bastet. I was risen from the Underworld to Earth by Bastet my mom and Osiris to help protect men, women and animals in this crazy world being taking over by enemies! They were not happy with what the evil doers were doing to the world so they took matters into their own hands by unleashing their own army of Gods and Goddesses to protect our world from being dominated buy these evil doers. I was lucky to be one of the chosen ones for this task.

This unlikely hero got his start working in the Carnival as a balloon vendor. He eventually worked his way up in the ranks and became the Fun House operator, where he caught the attention of the Master Illusionist. She liked the peculiar way he presented himself and realized that this little guy really had a gift to get people interested in whatever he had to sell, whether it being balloons, his hot carnival nuts or as a ride attendant. She then took him under her wing and taught him the art of Illusions.  
One day, he overheard a conversation between the Master Illusionist and the Ring Mistress. They were hatching an evil plot to convert the normal citizens of Paragon into carnival slaves, using Byzzare ability to draw large crowds. His was heart broken. 
 Byzarre made the decision to leave, and joined his sister, Bizzarrie's quest of eliminating the Ring Mistress along with her evil plot to convert the carnival. You can find him fighting crime in the streets of Paragon, handing out balloons and offering his hot carnival nuts for free, to anyone willing to take them.

  The Council began to take notice of the powerful Tijgerlilly; they wanted to have her great power for their own purposes. They collected a sample of her DNA and used it to clone her.  However, The Council made her even stronger by fusing her with a Nictus.

The Nictus took over, harnessing the power of Tijgerlilly.  To determine her capabilities, she was sent to kill some heroes that were threatening The Council: the members of the supergroup The Sublime Seven.  Shadowlilly snuck into their headquarters and attacked them.  She unleashed her powers against them, attacking Tijgerlilly's best friend, Korzanis.  She was unable to bring herself to kill him, though;something snapped in her head, and she was no longer under The Council's control.  The real Tijgerlilly's memories flooded into her mind and she was happy. Shadowlilly began to cry; she could not kill her friends.  Cowl, the leader of The Sublime Seven, offered to let her join them and she accepted.  With her friends at her side, she fights The Council and the other evils plaguing Paragon City.

Shadowlilly: They may have controlled my mind, but they can't control my thoughts and beliefs.  And that was their biggest mistake...

Byzarrie, daughter of Bizzarrie was a child when her mother left the Carnival. Although never a carnival member herself, she was targeted for foul play, brought on by the actions of her mother's past.
Abducted as a child, Paragon Protectors and Crey enforcers held her for ransom. Byzarrie's mother asked her friend Cowl if he willing to help her bring Byzarrie back. Cowl recruited a few friends of his to help Bizzarrie out, and formed the Sublime Seven.
Cowl told the members of the Sublime Seven to gather near him, so he would be able to grant them invisibility before entering the Paragons Protector's hideout. When they found the room where baby Byzarrie was being held, it was heavily guarded. They realized that fighting was the only option in saving Bizzarrie's daughter. 
After defeating everyone in the room, they saw Byzarrie laying  on the floor,  lifeless, and stricken with a poisonous quill. Her mother then resurrected her, but the poison had left its mark on Byzarrie's body forever.
